• 9am-1pm Tuesday (Telehealth)

• 9am-6pm Wednesday (Telehealth)

• 9am-6pm Thursday (Telehealth)

• 9am-1pm Friday (In person/Gilbert Location)

 

I am currently credentialed with United Healthcare Plans (including UMR and OPTUM), BCBS of AZ, and Aetna Plans.
